Dances

When you have dances at school some are fun and some are just so annoying that you don't even want to talk about them. I think it matters what grade you are in when you have dances because when i was in 6th and a little bit of 7th grade i use to like going to the middle school dances I kind of enjoyed them. And at the end of 7th grade and all of 8th grade i hated going to the dances the have at the school because they have got so boring of the years and it is just not fun anymore because they are like all the same every time. All the dances from I think starting when your a freshman on almost all of the dances are fun and way more enjoyable then. I think that dances now are just lame and boring that is why i try not to go to them anymore.

I think the thing about dances that is really important is what the theme is of the dance it pretty much all is determined with that if you are going to do a dance for anything especially for school. The dances should be all about what the theme of them are going to be and if it is school they should have some really good ideas about what decorations they are going to use. And I think that if you are going to a dance you should have enough money to have a really good looking dance to make it look good and not cheap with balloons taped of string hanging from the basketball hoops. And that if you are going to do a dance make it look good or don't do one at all. Dance all depend on what they look like to me and like the different things that are at the dance too.

But like almost all of the dances this year look all cheap and half the people don't even go to the dance the either stay home or go watch the movie if they even have one. That's what I do i just don't get why you would dress up for a dance in middle school its not like it is homecoming or prom or any really cool high school dance that is actually worth dressing up for. The dance we have had this past year were really boring and no fun at all. And that's was why not many people wen to our last dance i think that was the Halloween dance like no one even went to the dance because everyone thought it was going to be boring like the one before that too.

Some of the dances that are held in different places become more appealing to students and others because it is a new place and most dance are better if they are at a place other than the school like prom. That is why prom is way more fun and way more students actually want to go to that dance. Also that those dances they cost a lot of money but they always look good because of it. I think that prom and homecoming are just more fun for people because they get to dress up and there is way more people there too. To me that is why I think those dances in high school are going to be way better than the dances we have in middle school.

The dance should be more decorated and better thought out before we actually decide to have a dance because I don't want to go to some dance that there is balloons taped on the way as a decoration and they try to make the dances cheap and they look it too. Ya I know that our school is poor and all that but if you are going to have a dance make it a good one or don't have so many that you have to use a little bit of money to even get stuff for the dance. So you can have just a couple dances each year and then for the rest of the time try to save up for the other dance that are coming up in that same year so you will have to spread the dances out of the year to have enough time to get the good amount of money so  the dances don't look lame or cheap.
