I started volleyball when I was in then 1st grade it was so fun and it was a hard but great experience. Volleyball started out okay for me then it got better and better over the years and now I just can't wait to play volleyball any chance I get the time to.

Summer
I love the summer it is just so nice without school, with the really nice weather, and the different places you can go. Summers for me are full of excitement because I go to made different places to visit family or to go do things with my family. I like going different places during the summer because you have all this time to go places and go do fun things all summer fro like 2 or more months. You have all this time to go to the lake go hangout with friends and to go to bonfires and so many more things too.
Like this summer I am going to so many places with my family for many things like, my dad, sister, and I are going to Yellow Stone this summer to have a huge family vacation with my cousins and grandparents too. And with my mom and sister we are going to Arkansas to go see my grandma for a week or two. Then after that we are going to go to Nashville to go to the Rolling stones concert and we are going to stay there for a few days too. Next my mom, step dad, sister, and I might go to California to go see my other grandma too. I am super busy this summer with going to go see all of my family most of the summer.
I think this summer is going to be the best summer yet to come because I get to see all of my family and I get to go to so many places this summer even some I have never been to before. Oh ya and i am going to go to Eads that's where my grandparents live that is in southeastern Colorado to spend about 2 or more weeks with them or even more too. And on my sisters birthday my mom and I decide to plan a surprise for her and we are going to take her to a Gary Alan concert with some other country singers too it is going to be the best concert yet that I have ever been to.
I just hope this summer is going to be nice so none of our plans to go anywhere get canceled that would really suck. I hope this summer is going to be hot and really great weather in all the places we are going to. I think that this summer is going to be lost of fun and full of excitement. I am pretty sure that I am not going to be home much of the summer I will be in some many different places i am really going to miss home when I am going to be gone for so long so many times. But i am not going to be happy when summer ends I mean who really is going to be happy when it ends I really hope no one will be who wants to go back to school or let alone high school.
Summer is just a great time to be outside on nice days and go out with friends. You can don so much when the weather is nice like it is during the summer there is so many activities. Now we can go outside and in the sun, instead of like in the winter where it is cold and you have to stay inside for a long time and don't have much heat and it is not that sunny. High school
When I think of high school I think of sports and dances and how much fun I am going to have for my next 4 years of school. In movies the make high school look easy and how it is easy work and cool people up there. But there are also some things you kind of have to worry about like some people up at the high school, the teachers, and the work we have to do to get good grades. High school in reality is nothing like the movies but that might just be from the things I have heard of form other people. It sounds like a lot of drama, roomers, and things happen up at the high school from the things I have heard. I have heard about the things that some of the people have done there and that makes me not want to go to high school or just this high school with these kinds of people. I have seen some kinds of those different people up at the high school and it kind so scares me to go there because of either the things they have done or the things I gave seen.
There is some many people up at the high school and some many different types of groups of people and being a freshman next year is going to be a big shock to a lot of people in my grade. I from the things I have heard is that they always are mean to the freshman's and try to make their lives a living hell. But I think it is better for the ones of us that have either siblings in high school or have some what friends with some of the high schoolers. I think that this will help everyone of us that are going to be in high school next year. High school don't sound very fun at all form the different people I have talk to up at the high school and what they have been through for how ever many they have been up at the high school. But I guess high school is different for everyone.
I have talked to so many people about how high school is and most to all of them are different so I don't know what to expect when I get into high school. there is so many things that go on up at the high school and so many people and other things that all come with the high school experience. It is just not high school there is more to high school than you think, you have to deal with the people, the drama that comes with the people, the school work, the teachers. If I were to name all of the things that come with going to high school we would be here forever. High school is so different form everything you have ever been through before but I don't know for sure because I obviously have no idea what it is like yet.
When I think about going to high school next year I am excited but scared and worried at the same time because I have no idea what high school is going to be like and what might happen there. There is going to be a huge change from going form a 8th grader to a freshman. There is such a difference between middle school to high school. There is just so much that goes on in high school and school work is going to be way harder. Also I am kind of worried about the different classes I am going to be in next year, like my electives, core (main) classes,and other classes I will have to take if they say I need to if I did bad on my tests for special classes that some people have to take to get better at those types of things.
Also high school is kind or nerve raking because if you go here you go from about 400 kids in the whole school, to when you go to high school there is like 400 in each grade up at the high school. It is going to be a little difficult going through the different changes form middle school to high school like the amount of people you are going to be around for 8 hours a day 5 days a week if that doesn't change over the summer too. I have heard going from being in middle school to going to high school is a big step in life and that it is not going to be easy at all. So many people here that I have talked to say that they are excited to go to high school and some people just don't want to go they want to leave middle school but I think that thy are just afraid maybe what might come or happen when they get to high school.
Or you can be like me and just don't want to go to high school because of all the people you have to deal with and be around all the time. I just don't want it to be like 6th grade all over again which I know it is going to be anyways because there is going to be new people and some many people that don't all get along with each other. And that is what starts "DRAMA" which is so stupid and some people just love drama and like to right in the middle of the drama and start the drama which is so annoying and just make me so mad. I just don't get why girls around by age are so sensitive to things and make a huge deal out of little things I just don't get it. That is one of the main reasons I don't want to go to high school. If I had a list about the things I am not looking up to go to high school, that would be number one on my list. And that is all I have to say about high school.

Dances
When you have dances at school some are fun and some are just so annoying that you don't even want to talk about them. I think it matters what grade you are in when you have dances because when i was in 6th and a little bit of 7th grade i use to like going to the middle school dances I kind of enjoyed them. And at the end of 7th grade and all of 8th grade i hated going to the dances the have at the school because they have got so boring of the years and it is just not fun anymore because they are like all the same every time. All the dances from I think starting when your a freshman on almost all of the dances are fun and way more enjoyable then. I think that dances now are just lame and boring that is why i try not to go to them anymore.
I think the thing about dances that is really important is what the theme is of the dance it pretty much all is determined with that if you are going to do a dance for anything especially for school. The dances should be all about what the theme of them are going to be and if it is school they should have some really good ideas about what decorations they are going to use. And I think that if you are going to a dance you should have enough money to have a really good looking dance to make it look good and not cheap with balloons taped of string hanging from the basketball hoops. And that if you are going to do a dance make it look good or don't do one at all. Dance all depend on what they look like to me and like the different things that are at the dance too.
But like almost all of the dances this year look all cheap and half the people don't even go to the dance the either stay home or go watch the movie if they even have one. That's what I do i just don't get why you would dress up for a dance in middle school its not like it is homecoming or prom or any really cool high school dance that is actually worth dressing up for. The dance we have had this past year were really boring and no fun at all. And that's was why not many people wen to our last dance i think that was the Halloween dance like no one even went to the dance because everyone thought it was going to be boring like the one before that too.
Some of the dances that are held in different places become more appealing to students and others because it is a new place and most dance are better if they are at a place other than the school like prom. That is why prom is way more fun and way more students actually want to go to that dance. Also that those dances they cost a lot of money but they always look good because of it. I think that prom and homecoming are just more fun for people because they get to dress up and there is way more people there too. To me that is why I think those dances in high school are going to be way better than the dances we have in middle school.
The dance should be more decorated and better thought out before we actually decide to have a dance because I don't want to go to some dance that there is balloons taped on the way as a decoration and they try to make the dances cheap and they look it too. Ya I know that our school is poor and all that but if you are going to have a dance make it a good one or don't have so many that you have to use a little bit of money to even get stuff for the dance. So you can have just a couple dances each year and then for the rest of the time try to save up for the other dance that are coming up in that same year so you will have to spread the dances out of the year to have enough time to get the good amount of money so the dances don't look lame or cheap.
